An advocate has filed a complaint against Ranbir in which he says that the way Ranbir poured liquor on the cake, set it on fire and then cut the cake by saying Jai Mata Di, has hurt the religious sentiments of many people. On the basis of this video, the advocate has filed a complaint against the actor at Ghatkopar Police Station.
Advocate demands that FIR should be registered against the actor. There is a demand to register an FIR against him under sections 29A (insulting and hurting religious sentiments), 298 (deliberately using any word to hurt religious sentiments) and 500 (defamation). However, the police have not registered the case yet.
